Microsoft Partners With JewelersThatCare.org
Brooklyn, NY (September 28, 2010, 12:00PM
EST)
Once again we want to thank
you all for your continuing support to
jewelersthatcare.org as we continue to mobilize members
of the jewelry industry to engage in cause marketing to
help their communities and their businesses while
supporting infrastructure projects in the developing
world. Today, we are excited and pleased to
announce that Microsoft Corporation has agreed to
support our efforts as follows: Through its
partner, Business
Computing, Inc. of California, Microsoft
will impose an automatic 20% discount on the MSRP price
and will split the discount at 50%, a percentage that
will go straight to jewelersthatcare.org as a donation
from the purchasing jeweler, for any Microsoft Dynamics
NAV e-Jewelry Software (Premiere Jewelry Software
solution) purchased by any jeweler who is both in need
of a software package and wants to donate to
jewelersthatcare.org at the same time.
Jewelers currently using this
quality product includes IBB, The Martin Ross Group, The
Royal Chain Group, Tacori Enterprises, Simon G Jewelry,
Kobelli, Chad Allison Designs, Cookson Precious Metals –
the largest jewelry company in Europe and many more.
It’s platform (Dynamics NAV) is used by Harry Winston,
The Richman Group, Andin International, IKEA Corporation
Worldwide and several other jewelry companies.
Currently, all the funds raised from our
efforts, in particular, will help to build a water well
in a rural village of Tanzania. In the meantime, please
feel free to contact me if you have any questions as I
look forward to hearing back from all of you.
Best Regards, Alethe Clemetson Executive
